In light of this, Marimex has established within its corporate governance the adoption of an Integrity Program aligned with the best national and international practices. The Integrity Program aims to consolidate all initiatives for the promotion and strengthening of an ethical and integrity culture and for risk mitigation through three levels of action: prevention, detection, and response to illicit and undesirable acts against the company.
