On May 29th, Marimex held the first edition of the Conexão Program, an initiative created to recognize employees who, through their dedication, commitment, and partnership, contribute daily to building the company's history.
The program was born with the purpose of valuing the people who are part of the Marimex journey, recognizing not only their tenure, but above all the stories, experiences, and contributions that strengthen our organizational culture and drive the company's growth.
The ceremony brought together honored employees, managers, and guests for a moment of celebration and recognition. During the event, each honoree received an award in appreciation of their journey at the company and participated in a breakfast specially prepared to mark the occasion, fostering integration and the sharing of stories among participants.
As part of the tribute, each employee had a brief summary of their professional journey included in the event presentation, allowing participants to learn a little more about the paths taken and the experiences built over the years at Marimex.
