Closing of the 2025 Cycle of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program

By Rafaela Oliveira | Marimex Communications and Marketing Team

On August 5th, Marimex participated in the annual event of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program, which celebrates the official publication of greenhouse gas emission inventories from member organizations.

Our representatives from the Sustainability and Environment (SMA) team, Gabriela Muniz, Osmar Pereira, and Amauri Campregher, attended the meeting, which emphasized the importance of the Emissions Inventory as an essential tool for diagnosing operational impacts and defining mitigation strategies and targets in the face of the climate agenda.

During the event, consolidated data for 2024 was presented, highlighting sector-specific analyses and the commitment to transparency and environmental responsibility.

Achieving the GHG Protocol Silver Seal strengthens our journey towards more efficient environmental management, demonstrating that we are on the right track to reduce emissions and implement sustainable practices across all business areas.

This recognition also reflects the commitment of our employees, clients, and partners, who share our vision for a more balanced and sustainable future, where logistics actively contributes to environmental preservation.

For Marimex, joining the program and achieving the GHG Protocol Silver Seal is a milestone that reaffirms our commitment to acting ethically, innovatively, and responsibly, always striving to reduce impacts and generate value for the entire logistics chain.

We remain steadfast in building increasingly sustainable and conscious logistics, contributing to a better future for coming generations.
